Istanbul Airport Meeting Point (IST)
Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage. Please proceed to Gate 13 to exit the airport building. After exiting, you will see the G55 sign on your left. Please inform our colleagues who will assist you to your vehicle of your name and reservation code. Due to operational reasons at the airport, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport Meeting Point (SAW)
After landing at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), once you have collected your luggage and completed customs procedures, head out through the main passenger exit gate. As soon as you step out of the terminal, cross the street via the pedestrian crossing right in front of you. Our team will be waiting for you at the end of the pedestrian crossing, under the overpass, in line with column number 10, holding an G55 sign. Simply state your name and reservation code to our welcome staff, and they will quickly help direct you to your vehicle. Depending on the airport's current traffic conditions and operational procedures, it may take approximately 10 to 20 minutes for your transfer vehicle to reach you.
